USAGE

Aromatherapy uses:

  • For stress, tension and insomnia: add 5 drops to room deodorizer.
  • For stress, tension and insomnia: add 6 drops to bathwater, or alternatively 3 drops of ylang ylang and 3 drops of lavender.
  • To put you in a sensuous, romantic mood: add 3 drops of ylank-ylang along with 2 drops of patchouli and 4 drops of a 5% jasmine solution to the room deodorizer.
  • As a rejuvenating beauty oil for the hair and face: Add 15 drops to 50 ml of jojba oil. Use as a facial oil to nourish the skin. Ideal for mature and dry complexion but also as a hair mask to moisten and add sheen to the hair.
  • For a sense of calm and relaxation after a difficult day: rub 2 drops onto the inside of your wrists.
  • As a hair tonic: sprinkle 2 drops onto a brush before brushing your hair.

 

Attention!!!

    • Essential oils are not used directly on skin.
    • It should not be used during pregnancy. Particular care is needed with some essential oils affect the oistogonon production (BASILIC, CLARY SAGE, JUNIPER, MYRPH).
    • Not used in infants.
    • They should not come into contact with eyes.
    • There should be no ingestion of essential oils.
    • It should be kept in dark bottles, away from light in a cool environment.
    • Persons suffering from hypertension, it is advisable to avoid essential oils ROSEMARY, CLARY SAGE, THYME.
