Order cancellation policy
You may cancel a distance contract to purchase a product or products from pharmacy4me.gr at any time until you receive the mail for the shipment of your order. After that you cannot cancel an order.
In order to cancel a contract in this way, you must give to us notice of cancellation by writing to info@pharmacy4me.gr or by tel. +302551026478.
Returns policy
All products purchased from pharmacy4me.gr may be returned by mail within 14 days of receipt. (subject to the limitations set out below).
In order to cancel a contract in this way, you must give to us written notice of cancellation by writing to info@pharmacy4me.gr or 14th Maiou 53, 68100, Alexandroupolis, Greece.
All items must be returned unopened and unused for refund or an exchange. All returns should be accompanied by the original receipt or invoice included with the shipment.
In case all items are unopened, unused and in good condition, you will be responsible only for return shipping.
pharmacy4me.gr holds no responsibility for items lost or damaged while shipping. You are responsible for return shipping and insurance of products while return shipping. pharmacy4me.gr encourages you to use a shipping service that has package tracking available. IT IS OBLIQUE you the customer to give order to the shipping service for the package to get opened by pharmacy4me, as we will issue refunds only after the product return is received and inspected by our staff.
Original shipping is non-refundable.
If you cancel a contract on this basis and you do not return the products to us, we may recover the products and charge you for the costs we incur in doing so. Similarly, if you return the products at our expense, they won't be accepted.
In case of purchase shoes that are avaible after 8-14 days, these products can not be refunded or be returned.
Refunds
Refunds are issued based on the payment method used at the time of purchase. You will receive a credit for your return within 30 days after the day pharmacy4me.gr receives returned products and verify that all products are unopened and unused accompanied by the original receipt or invoice included with the shipment.
Contract cancellation
pharmacy4me.gr may cancel a contract to supply products made under these terms of sale immediately if you fail to pay, on time of order and in full, any amount due to pharmacy4me.gr under the contract, or commit any material breach of your obligations to pharmacy4me.gr under the contract.
Consequences of cancellation
Upon the cancellation of a contract pharmacy4me.gr will cease to have any obligation to you, especially to deliver products which are undelivered at the date of cancellation.
Warranty
Product warranties, if any, are provided by the manufacturer or publisher of the products. pharmacy4me.gr makes no warranties whatsoever. pharmacy4me.gr's sole obligation and purchaser's only remedy in the event of breach of any warranty shall be the repair or replacement of defective products. In no event shall pharmacy4me.gr be liable for any consequential damages or damages of any kind or nature alleged to have resulted from any breach of warranty. pharmacy4me.gr does not warrant the merchantability of the products or their fitness for any particular purpose. pharmacy4me.gr makes no warranty, express or implied, other than those specifically set forth herein.
Defective/wrong products
In case of defective products or products that you didn't order, you must give to us written notice of the problem to info@pharmacy4me.gr or to 14th Maiou 53, 68100, Alexandroupolis, Greece, 7 days after you receive the product. After the return of the defective/wrong products you can choose between:
• replacement of the defective product at no cost or
• coupons for purchases to pharmacy4me.gr or
• a refund in full.
The foregoing is customer's sole and exclusive remedy for defective products.
