Instructions

Recommended to take 1 to 3 tablets in the evening, when you find it useful, with a large glass of water. The correct dosage is the minimum sufficient to facilitate intestinal passage without the production of liquid stools, so it can be individualized according to individual needs. The product is recommended from the age of 12 years.
In general, to facilitate intestinal passage, it is recommended to drink during the day, to get the right amount of fiber and to exercise.
